2、ATOCONUSPATIENTSand40NORMALSUBJECTSwereexaminedintheirrighteyewithtwoinstruments:aspectraldomainOCT,dedicatedtoanteriorsegmentexamination(CasiaSS-1000,TomeyCo.,Japan)aconventionalPlacido-disctopographer(KeratronScout,Optikon,Italy)Examinationswerecarriedoutinthesam

3、esessiontwicewitheachdevice,inordertoassessreproducibility.StatisticalanalysiswasperformedwiththeSPSS18.0software.Results:validityofOCTkeratometryPathologiceyesNormaleyesICC=0.985ICC=0.959ACBDA,C:scatterplotsoftheaveragecornealcurvaturevaluesobtainedbyCasiaAS-OCT(x

4、-axis)andKeratrontopographer(y-axis).B,D:Bland-AltmanplotsofCasia-Keratroncomparison,representingthedifferencesofcorrespondingmeasurements(y-axis)inrelationtotheirmeans(x-axis).CornealcurvatureisexpressedinDioptries.Curvaturemeasurementsobtainedwiththetwoinstrument

5、sshowedexcellentagreementbothinthenormalandinthepatientsgroup,withIntra-ClassCorrelationCoefficients(ICC)of0.959and0.985,respectively.Results:reproducibilityInthenormalgroupreproducibility(ICC)ofcurvaturemeasurementswas0.988fortheOCTand0.976fortheconventionaltopogr
