2、pectivelyanalyzedin26casesofatypicalpneumoniawithunknowncause.RESULTS:Agroupof26patients(18malesand8females,averageage:22.5years)wereadmittedinthehospital.Thepatientsworkedatthesameinstitutionandresidedinthesamebuilding.Themainsymptomwasfever,withlessornoin

3、fectiontoxicmanifestationsandrespiratorysymptoms.AlltheXrayexaminationsshowedmultipleorsolitarydotmassiveshadowswithhighorinconsistentdensity,andtheedgeoftheshadowswasnotclear.Laboratoryassaysdemonstratedthatthenumberofleukocyteswasdecreasedornormal,andmono

4、cyteswereincreased.Alltheantibodiestoknownpathogenieswerenegative.Thepatientswereisolatedduringthetreatment,inwhich16patientsweretreatedwithantibioticsandantivirus,8patientswithantivirusonly.Thebodytemperaturebecamenormalinallthepatientsafter5daytreatment,w

5、ithoutrespiratoryfailureanddeath.CONCLUSION:Thebasicfeaturesofthepatientsareinaccordwiththoseofatypicalpneumoniawithhighinfectiosity.Respiratoryspreadisthemainrouteoftransmission.Thediseaseoccursinanaggregatedpopulationwithanincubationperiodof0.5-5学海无涯非典型肺炎
