6、·······11参考文献···························································1214如何建立科学合理的薪酬激励机制与体系摘要能否为顾客提供最优质的产品以及服务,能否使企业保持健康稳定的发展,都要依靠员工的汗水与智慧。所以,对员工进行激励制度,是企业制度建设中不可或缺的重要环节,激励制度建设的成功与否将对企业的成败产生巨大影响。本文将以知识型经济成为主导力量的时代为背景,从对企业员工的薪酬激励方面存在的问题入手,论述现代企业理想薪酬激励制度的目标、员工心理及薪酬结构,并且呼吁企业尽快建
7、立一种以人为本的薪酬激励机制,来提升企业竞争力。关键词:企业;员工心理;薪酬激励;激励机制14一.薪酬激励的含义(一)薪酬的含义薪酬即含有薪水和酬劳的意思,它是企业对员工提供劳务和所作贡献的回报。员工的贡献包括客观绩效和付出的努力、时间、精力、学识和才能。回报包括工资、奖金、福利、津贴等具体形式。薪酬包含直接薪酬和间接薪酬。(二)薪酬激励的概念薪酬激励的本质就是一种薪酬管理方式,它是以调动员工的积极性、主动性和创造性为目的,通过调整企业的薪酬水平政策、结构政策、差别政策、增长政策,设计一整套具有激励作用的薪酬制度。激励,简言之就是调动人的工作积极性,
