3、agreementbasedontheprinciplesofequality,willingnessandmutualbenefit,herebyenterintothisContractonmattersinrelationtotheLeaseofthePropertybyPartyAtoPartyB.一、出租房屋情况ConditionoftheLeaseorPre-LeaseProperty1-1甲方出租（出租）给乙方的房屋座落在本市区（区/县）弄（弄/新村）（号/幢）室（部位）（以下简称该房屋）。该房屋实测（【出租】实测）建筑面积为平方米，房屋
