2、(Ulcerativecolitis,UC)动物模型的效果。方法:SD大鼠随机分为免疫复合法(I组)、TNBS/乙醇(Ⅱ组)、乙醇对照(Ⅲ组)和生理盐水对照(Ⅳ组)。I组先间隔2周给予兔肠黏膜制备的抗原乳化液(含抗原8mg)免疫2次。4组均于禁食24h后用0.65ml不同液体灌肠:I、Ⅱ组均为100mgTNBS/kg+50%乙醇;gI组为50%乙醇;1V组为生理盐水。造模后第l、21d,第8周、l2周处死大鼠,观察大体病灶及光镜下组织形态学改变。结果:I、Ⅱ组均出现糜烂、溃疡等典型UC结肠病变,I组还伴有末段回肠病变;I
3、组的病变可维持8周,Ⅱ组病变3周后趋向愈合。Ⅲ组病变仅黏膜充血水肿和少量糜烂或浅表溃疡,第2ld痊愈。Ⅳ组未见组织损伤。结论:免疫复合法重复性好,病变更类似人UC,持续时间长,是较理想的造模方法。【关键词】溃疡性结肠炎;模型;大鼠【中国图书法分类法分类号】R574.1;R一332【文献标识码】A【收稿日期】2007—07—09ComparisonoftwoexperimentaIulcerativecolitismodelsinratDUANZheng,etal(DepartmentofHistologyandEmbry

7、thologicalchangesintheendpieceofileumingroupI.ThepathologicalchangesforgroupIcouldkeepfor8weeks,whilethoseforgroupIItrendedtoheal3weekslater.ThepathologicalchangesingroupDIonlywerehyperemia,oedemaandafewanabrosisorsuperficialulcer,keepedfor21days.Therewasnotissue
