2、(Ulcerativecolitis，UC)动物模型的效果。方法：SD大鼠随机分为免疫复合法(I组)、TNBS／乙醇(Ⅱ组)、乙醇对照(Ⅲ组)和生理盐水对照(Ⅳ组)。I组先间隔2周给予兔肠黏膜制备的抗原乳化液(含抗原8mg)免疫2次。4组均于禁食24h后用0．65ml不同液体灌肠：I、Ⅱ组均为100mgTNBS／kg+50％乙醇；gI组为50％乙醇；1V组为生理盐水。造模后第l、21d，第8周、l2周处死大鼠，观察大体病灶及光镜下组织形态学改变。结果：I、Ⅱ组均出现糜烂、溃疡等典型UC结肠病变，I组还伴有末段回肠病变；I
