1、强雷区农村防雷现状和对策探究　　摘要：雷电灾害是联合国公布的十大自然灾害之一，在全球每年因为雷电造成的人员伤亡、财产损失的发生次数越来越频繁，据统计我国有21个省会城市的暴雨次数每年平均达到50天以上，最多的可达到14天。随着经济的发展，高建筑的建设，人们交往的频繁等大量的出现，为电雷灾害的发生提供了有力的条件，使得雷电灾害呈逐年上升的趋势。由于农村受到地域广阔、防雷基础设施差、农民防雷意识弱等特点，使得农村的防雷减灾的管理成为了我国防雷工作的薄弱环节，因此加强雷区的农村防雷的工作不容忽视。笔者在分析我国农村的防雷工作的状况以及原因，为我
