1、当归抗氧化活性与其酚性相关性分析广州中医药大学李熙灿摘要当归(AngelicaSinensis)是一种很常用的中药。本研究采用溶剂提取法得到六种当归提取物,然后,测定了这六种提取物的抗氧化活性,包括:DPPH(1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazylradical)清除法,ABTS(2,2′-Azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonicaciddiammoniumsalt))清除法,还原能力法,•O2–自由基清除法,和抗脂质过氧化法。再采用相应的方法测定六种提取物的多酚含量,阿魏酸含量,和咖啡酸含量
