1、焊接通用要求Weldingproceduretogetherwiththerelevantprocedurequalificationandnon-destructivetestingprocedureshallbeprovidedforpressurevessels.Heattreatmentproceduremaybeindicatedintheweldingprocedureorsubmittedasseparatedocuments.Weldingprocedureandwelder’squalificationshallbeac

2、cordingtoASMEcode.Weldingshallbeperformedbyqualifiedweldersusingqualifiedproceduresandtestandinspectionshallbeperformedbyqualifiedinspectorsusingqualifiedprocedures,accordingtoapplicableASMEcode.Theidentificationoftheweldersmustbeapplicableforthefollowingcriticalpiping:·H

3、Psteampipe(from(SH)outlettoSTHPstopvalve);·Lowtemperaturereheatsteampipe(fromSTHPexhaustto(RH)inlet);·Hightemperaturereheatsteampipe(from(RH)outlettoSTRSV).Theweldingmaterialshallbesimilartothemothermaterialaccordingtoapplicablecode.Weldingplantandancillaryequipmentshallb

4、einaccordancewiththeappropriatepartsofBS638orequivalentinternationalstandard.Theareaofthetemporaryweldedattachmentsshallbeexaminedaccordingtoapplicablecodeifthepartswillbeusedasremoved.Thematerialcompositiontobeweldedshallbeaccordingtoapplicablematerialcode.Preheatconditi

5、onforshopandfieldweldingshallbeinaccordancewithapplicablecode.NDTofcastings,wroughtproductsandweldingshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththeapplicablematerialcode/standardorBritishStandard.NDEprocedurefortheowner’switnessitemsshallbesubmittedforapproval.SNT-TC-1Ashallbeappli

6、edforNDEoperator/inspectorqualification.NDEoperatorshallbeLevelI,andinspectorshallbeLevelII.Duringthedetaileddesignstage,theboilermanufacturershallsubmitforapprovaltheweldingprocedurespecification(WPS)andprocedurequalificationrecords(PQR’s)andheattreatmentprocedureforthec
