3、为全身麻醉复合硬膜外阻滞组。结果观察组的SP、DP及HR在诱导后各时点明显低于诱导前,但对照组在切皮、插管、拔管、术中强刺激时点SP、DP及HR均较诱导前值升高。观察组吞咽反射恢复时间为(6±3)min,拔管时间为(7±2)rain,清醒时间为(18±4)m对照组观察组吞咽反射恢复时间为(13±2)rain,拔管时间为(19±1)min,清醒时间为(33±3)min,两组比较有显著性差异<0.O5)。结论全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞较单纯全身麻醉深度好。【关键词】全身麻醉;硬膜外阻滞;麻醉深度中图分类号:R614文献标识
