1、世界中医药2013年10月第8卷第10期·l159·半夏泻心汤加昧治疗胃食管反流相关性支气管哮喘临床疗效观察刘晓媚吴东南雷红芳柯新桥(1深圳市第五人民医院中医科，深圳，518001；2湖北中医药大学，武汉，430060)摘要目的：观察半夏泻心汤加味治疗胃食管反流相关性支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法：选自2008年7月至2012年10月咳喘专科门诊的64例胃食管反流相关哮喘患者，根据治疗药物的不同分为2组，其中治疗组32例，采用半夏泻心汤联合常规西药治疗，对照组34例，采用射干麻黄汤联合西医常规治疗。观察比较2组治疗前后的支气管哮喘控制评分和胃食管返流症状评分及

2、FEV1。结果：2组治疗后与治疗前比较哮喘控制评分和胃食管返流症状评分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)；2组治疗后，治疗组支气管哮喘评分和胃食管返流症状评分改善较对照组明显，2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)；治疗组治疗前后胃食管反流症状评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0．05)，对照组治疗前后胃食管反流症状比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论：半夏泻心汤加味治疗胃食管反流相关性哮喘有较良好的疗效。关键词支气管哮喘／中医药疗法；胃食管返流病／中医药疗法；半夏泻心汤；射干麻黄汤ObservationonClinicalEfectofSupp
