1、·麻醉与镇痛·中国当代医药2014年4月第21卷第10期合并心血管疾病普通外科患者麻醉方法的选择胡四毛王盘如耿鹏程安徽省六安市立医院麻醉科，安徽六安237000【摘要】目的分析合并有心血管疾病普通外科患者的麻醉方法。方法选取78例合并有心血管疾病的普通外科患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各39例。对照组采用气管插管复合硬膜外麻醉实施术前麻醉，观察组采用喉罩通气复合硬膜外麻醉实施术前麻醉，观察两组麻醉效果。结果观察组术后完全苏醒时间和术后呼吸恢复正常时间明显短于对照组，麻醉前后血压水平波动明显小于对照组，麻醉不良反应率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P
