1、解放军护理杂志September2014,31(17)NursJChinPLA?15?导师责任制下肝胆外科新护士学习体验的质性研究纪丹妮,郑小燕,陈萃,李芸芸(第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院肝外四科,上海200433)【摘要】目的了解肝胆外科新护士经历导师责任制下学习的体验,为新护士的教学和管理提供参考.方法2013年1-5月,采用目的抽样法选择在东方肝胆外科医院临床工作1年的新护士12名为研究对象,采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,对其进行访谈,对访谈资料录音后进行整理、分析.结果新护士工作压力大,自我认同感低,导师责任制带教可使之产生归属感.新护士希
