1、环境管理方案【要点提示】根据功能分区，分为馆内、馆外以及特殊功能区域环境维护三个部分，根据各区域制定不同的标准进行环境维护工作；对于重点区域采取固定专人，双人值守的方式进行工作，保证清洁场所的安全性要求。1.1服务内容1、公共区域的日常保洁、特殊区域的保洁服务；2、四害消杀和白蚁防止、外围绿化养护；3、外墙清洗每年一至二次。1.2作业标准1.2.1保洁类1、楼层公共区域项目工作程序时间安排及频率质量标准瓷片地面1）先用扫帚从上往下把地面的垃圾、杂物清扫一遍；2）在盛水胶桶里配制一定比例的清洁剂；3）再将拖把清洗，拧干水后拖净地面污浊。每天早上7时和下午5
