1、精细化管理从8个方面理解精细化管理：精细化管理是一种管理理念和管理技术，是通过规则的系统化和细化，运用程序化、标准化和数据化的手段，使组织管理各单元精确、高效、协同和持续运行。精细化管理要求在企业管理中多用“数学”重点是关注细节、数据、工具！少用或不用“语文”，而不应该是权力、经验、感觉、判断！　　对于精细化管理，我们可以从以下８个方面进行理解：　　1、精细化管理首先是一种科学的管理方法。管理是组织将有限的资源发挥最大效能的过程。要实现精细化管理，必须建立科学量化的标准和可操作、易执行的作业程序，以及基于作业程序的管理工具；　　2、精细化管理也是一种管理理念。它体现了组织对管

2、理的完美追求，是组织严谨、认真、精益求精思想的贯彻；　　3、精细化管理排斥人治，崇尚规则意识。规则包括程序和制度，它要求管理者实现从监督、控制为主的角色向服务、指导为主的角色转变，更多关注满足被服务者的需求；　　4、精细化管理研究的范围是组织管理的各单元和各运行环节，更多的是基于原有管理基础之上的改进、提升和优化；　　5、精细化管理研究的对象是各类社会组织，但更多关注的是企业，特别是面临转型期、管理提升期的企业；肃清流毒影响获得了辉煌的成就，通过参观学习，认识到了为什么会有腐败案例，知道了要铭记初心，不断的提高自我素质Ellipticityofelbowpipeswithdi
