1、员工离职分析及应对措施企业思想政治工作调研征文关注员工离职动态构建发展所需的员工队伍——***2011年上半年度员工离职调研报告企业的生存离不开人的作用，企业的发展更依赖于员工的不断进步和成长，没有相对稳定的合格的员工队伍，企业就不可能在激烈的市场竞争当中发展壮大。作为考察企业整体管理水平的重要指标之一，离职率直接反应了企业的人力资源流动情况，通过对员工离职动态的了解和分析，企业可以找出自身影响员工稳定的因素并加以改进，增强内功，以吸引和打造未来发展所需的员工队伍，从而推进企业持续发展。为此，笔者对四川省宜宾***有限公司2011年1月1日至2011年6月30日这一时间段的员工离职情

2、况进行了调研和分析：一、2011年上半年***公司整体离职率截止2011年6月30日，***公司正式合同工共计1105人，1-6月份累计离职95人，其中正式工74人，其余21人为实习生，不纳入离职率的计算。故，公司上半年离职率organizationsystemandworkingmode,theselectionofanumberofmunicipalstrengtheninggrouptobuildinnovationandstrengthentheorganizationofthebasiclevelorganizationsadvancedmodel.(seven)thema
