1、L-GPS新人培训班操作手册续收新人培训班在强兵扩军队伍发展策略下,续收人力实现快速有效的增长,为打造一支以专业、责任、价值为核心的精兵团队,提升渠道业务价值和核心竞争力,2010年3月续收渠道以围绕新人培育、绩优锻造和主管养成为核心,以日常训练夯实作为切入点,搭建符合渠道发展、适合队伍现状的“L-GPS”培训体系,旨在对续收业务团队长期的(Longtime)人生(Life)发展提供指引和导航(GPS)。根据新人入司从培导期到客户专员一级近六个月的时间内,不同阶段新人的知识和技能需求进行有针对性、分阶
2、段的专项培训,使之成为续期服务和客户经营全面达标的新型客户专员。续收新人培训是使新人能全面认同行业、公司、渠道,了解岗位工作的重要窗口,所以做好对新人的沟通与辅导是至关重要的。本操作手册通过对班主任和助教操作提供可借鉴的模板,以期能够帮助各机构更好的运作新人岗前培训班。一、概述通过“讲授+分享”的教学模式,通过培训树立公司品牌,宣传公司文化,建立对行业、公司、渠道的高度认同,达成“感动、心动、冲动、行动”的培训效果。【培训目的】激发新人的从业热情,使新人“爱行业、爱公司、爱渠道”。她是大山的女儿,像一
