6、ttlementoftransactionswiththeBank;22,is南京天正容光达电子(集团)有限公司岗位层级设置与评定办法(草案)为在企业内部建立与民营体制、市场经济相适应的用工、用人等激励机制,实行员工的劳动收入和劳动成果,岗位技能和工作业绩与企业的经济效益紧密挂钩;个人成长与企业发展紧密相联。并为企业今后分配制度的进一步改革奠定基础,特制定本办法。一、岗位层级设置的原则1.能吸收人员进入企业和留住员工为企业持续服务,实现员工与企业的共同成长。2.根据岗位工作的性质、特点和岗位技能要求的高低以及工作责任、劳动强度等基本劳动要素情况,再结合各岗位对企
7、业经营和经济效益的影响程度,对企业的岗位进行梳理和层级设置,划分不同的层级和等级并制定相应的考核标准,付诸实施后有利于企业管理制度化、标准化、规范化。3.层级设置中坚持“三公”原则,即在岗位等级梳理时,坚持公正,坚持按责任、风险、利益相一致的原则,事实求是的对岗位进行评价。在方案制定过程中公开的、广泛的征求员工的意见与建议,集思广益,以期在企业内部建立公平竞争的机制。4.实行考试和考核相结合的岗位晋级办法。今后公司员工岗位等级晋升都要经过认真、严格的考试与考核,员工在能力得到提高或达到相应的能力标准后,经过综合考核,成绩合格者方能晋级。5.层级设置体现不同岗位性
