1、疏血通治疗缺血性脑血管病40例临床观察【摘要】目的：观察疏血通治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效。方法：将80例缺血性脑血管病患者随机分为治疗纽•和对照纽•，两纽.均同时应用神经细胞活化剂胞二磷胆碱或脑蛋门水解物等,并根据病情及合并症酌情加用脱水剂、降血糖药、降血脂药或降血压药。治疗纽.应用疏血通注射液6ml加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注，1次/d。对照纽用复方丹参注射液12ml,加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注，1次/d。两组均以14d为1个疗程。结果：治疗纽.总有效率和显效率分别为90%、70%,对照组总有效
2、率和显效率分别为57.5%、27.5%o两组比较差异有显著统计学意义(x2=16.372,PvO.Ol)。结论：疏血通治疗急性缺血性脑血管病具有独到之处，疗效确切，安全可靠，特别适合基层医院或社区医院开展对急性缺血性脑血管病的治疗，尤其适用于急性缺血性梗死发作超过3h的患者的治疗。【关键词】缺血性脑血管病；疏血通：疗效ClinicalobservationofShuxuetongtreatinganemiccerebrovasculardiseaseLIUQing-hua(OutpatientDepart

8、管病患者，取得满意疗效，现总结报告如下：1资料与方法1.1—般资料：入选患者均为2004年2月〜2007年2月在我院就诊的患者，随机分为两组。其中疏血通治疗组(治疗组)40例,男28例,女12例,年龄55〜80岁，平均(66.0±5.45)岁,治疗前神经功能缺损评分(24.32±6.41)分。对照组40例,男26例,女14例,年龄53〜79岁,平均(63.7+6.15)岁，治疗前神经功能缺损评分(22.75+6.73)分。两组
