1、第31卷第10期北京体育大学学报Vo1.31No.102008年10月JournalofBeijingSportUniversityOct.2008力竭运动后24h大鼠肾组织NO含量的变化刘祥梅,吴宇强,严秋,唐瑶函,谭军(湖南师范大学体育学院,湖南长沙410012)摘要:为探讨力竭运动后恢复24h肾脏NO含量变化特点与。肾损伤程度关系,将24只sD大鼠随机分为安静对照组(C)、低强度力竭组(LE)和高强度力竭组(HE)。一次性跑台力竭运动后24h取材,检测肾组织NO含量、NOS活性和血清尿素氮、血清肌酐、尿蛋白含量,透射电镜观察肾细胞凋
2、亡等病理变化。结果表明:HE组的肾组织NO含量和NOS活性明显低于I置组(P<0.05~0.01);HE组的血清尿素氮、血清肌酐和尿蛋白含量明显异常(P<0.05~0.01),LE组仅血清尿素氮浓度明显异常(P<0.05);透射电镜下两运动组的肾小管上皮细胞线粒体损害,且HE组的肾实质细胞凋亡显著增加(P<0.05)和偶见坏死。结论:强度不同的力竭运动恢复24h,大鼠’肾组织的NO含量变化趋势不同,高强度力竭运动后肾实质细胞损伤、肾功能恢复缓慢与肾组织的NO含量水平降低有关。关键词:力竭运动;肾;NO;NOS;大鼠中图分类号:G8o4.7
