2、我们大学教育面临的重要时代课题。作为西方文明的发源地，古希腊罗马的优秀文化及形成的深厚哲学底蕴及其教育思想对后世的大学及社会的发展产生了重要影响。人文教育与科学教育自从古希腊罗马时期就呈现出一种此消彼长的关系。因此，本文主要运用历史法和文献法等研究方法从古希腊罗马时期开始阐述西方大学人文教育与科学教育的博弈。本论文一共分为四章，其中第一章为绪论，主要内容包括问题的提出、研究意义、文献综述、研究思路与方法等；第二章为西方大学的产生、发展及演变，该章内容主要从古希腊罗马、中古时期和近现代时期等三个阶段

3、阐述了大学的产生、发展及演变，从而为人文教育与科学教育的博弈打下铺垫；第三章为西方大学人文教育与科学教育的博弈及其特点，文中详细陈述了人文教育与科学教育在不同时期的博弈，并归纳出两者博弈的特点；第四章为博弈的原因分析，主要从社会生产力、社会风气及政府政策、著名学者的观念及人文主义运动和各种社会思潮的影响等四个方面对于为何会发生人文教育与科学教育的博弈状况进行了分析。并在两者的博弈过程中指出，当今大学的发展趋势必定是人文教育与科学教育的有机融合，只有两者的融合，大学才能真正实现培养人的目的。关键词：
