2、实现大豆高效抗豆卷叶螟分子育种奠定基础。【方法】以对豆卷叶螟高抗大豆品种赶泰.2.2和高感品种皖82.178为研究对象,分别于人工接上豆卷叶螟4龄幼虫0、6和24h取样测定并分析其叶片中相关营养物质含量、保护性酶活性、次生物质及植物激素含量。【结果】豆卷叶螟取食前后高抗和高感大豆叶片中的可溶性蛋白和单宁含量变化没有规律。豆卷叶螟取食后,大豆叶片的可溶性糖含量、保护性酶类[超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)]活性、植物激素(乙烯、茉莉酸和脱落酸)含量均明显增加,且高抗品种赶泰一2—2的S
3、OD活性、乙烯和脱落酸含量总体水平高于高感品种皖82.178。【结论】大豆叶片内可溶性糖含量、CAT和PPO活性及茉莉酸含量的变化可能与豆卷叶螟的诱导有关,与而抗性基因型关系不明显;SOD活性、乙烯和脱落酸含量不仅与豆卷叶螟诱导有关,还可能与大豆抗豆卷叶螟基因有关。关键词:大豆;豆卷叶螟;抗性;生理生化中图分类号:$565.1文献标志码:A文章编号:2095—1191(2015)12—2112—05PhysiologicalandbiochemicalcharacteristicsofLamprosemaindicat
