3、articles.Theimmunosensorwaspreparedbyfollowingsteps.Firstly,multi-walledcarbonnanotubes(MCNTs)一Thionine(Thi)-NationcompositewaspreparedanddroppedonthesurfaceofSPCEtopreparethebasicelectrode(SPCE/MCNTs—Thi—Non).Secondly,thenanoprobeswereintroducedonthesurfaceofthebasicelectrodebypermane
4、ntmagnet,thentopreparetheimmunosensor(SPCE/MCNTs-Thi—Nafion/HRP—anti-CRP/GMPs).Throughone-stepimmunoassayformat,theimmunosensorwasincubatedwithCRPsolution.Underoptimizedconditions,thedecreasedcurrentwasproportionaltotheCRPconcentrationfrom0.1tollOng/mLwithadetectionlimitof0.04ng/mLatsi

7、饰在丝网印刷电极(SPCE)表面构建了可再生使用的CRP安培型酶联免疫传感器。首先将多壁碳纳米管(MCNTs)一硫堇(Thi).Nation复合物固定于SPCE表面制备了基底电极SPCE/MCNTs.Thi—Nation;进而外加磁场在SPCE背面,将HRP.antiCRP/GMPs探针吸附固定在基底电极表面。获得了免疫电极(SPCE/MCNTs.Thi—Nafion/HRP—anti.CRP/GMPs)在含CRP溶液中温育后,对CRP检测线性浓度范围为0.1ng/mL一110ng/mL,检测下限为0.04ng/mL(3cr)。上述磁性探针表面具有较高的抗体和酶
