1、银杏叶分散片对老年单纯收缩期高血压患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响赵凯华【摘要】目的评价银杏叶分散片对老年单纯收缩期高血压患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响。方法将126例单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)患者随机分为A、B两组，其中A组(63例)在抗高血压药非洛地平缓释片的基础上联合应用银杏叶分散片，B组(63例)单用非洛地平缓释片内服，两组均连续用药12周，治疗前后对相关指标进行检测与对比观察，并采用高分辨超声测定患者用药前后的反应性充血和含服硝酸甘油后肱动脉内径的变化。结果与治疗前比较，两组的收缩压与舒张压均显著下降(P<0．01或P<0．05)，组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0

2、．05)。血清总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇治疗后A组明显下降(P<0．01)，而B组下降不明显(P>0．05)。血管内皮依赖性舒张功能指标值(FMD)A、B两组用药前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．01或P<0．05)，组间比较A组FMD改善程度明显优于B组(P<0．01)。两组的非依赖性血管内皮舒张功能用药前后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0．05)。治疗期间未见银杏叶分散片严重不良反应。结论ISH患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能受损，银杏叶分散片改善其血管内皮功能，有益于ISH患者的治疗。【关键词】银杏叶分散片；单纯收缩期高血压；血管内皮依赖性舒张功能；超声EffectofGin
