3、since2000.Thedemandforaccountingprofessionalsisexpectedtogrowfasterthanformanyotherprofessionsinthecomingyears,withananticipated18to26percentgrowthratethrough2014,accordingtoU.S.BureauofLaborStatistics.Theopportunitiesaheadaretremendous.Butalongwiththissuccess,thereisagrowin
4、gconcern:Wherearefirmsgoingtofindtheresourcestogetthejobdone?Theincreaseddemandforaccountingprofessionalscomesatatimeduringwhichthesupplyofprofessionalsisshrinking.Withtheagingpopulation,8,000babyboomersadayarenowturning60yearsoldintheU.S.Thisistakingitstollontheaccountingpr
