5、allendeavourineachcasetoobtainthebestpriceobtainable.4.TheAgentshallnotsellanyofthegoodstoanyperson,company,orfirmresidingoutsidethearea,norshallheknowinglysellanyofthegoodstoanyperson,company,orfirmresidingwithintheareawithaviewtotheirexportationtoanyotherc

6、ountryofareawithoutconsentinwritingofthePrincipal.5.TheAgentshallnotduringthecontinuanceoftheAgencyconstitutedsellgoodsofasimilarclassorsuchaswouldormightcompeteorinterferewiththesaleofthePrincipal’sgoodseitheronhisownaccountoronbehalfofanyotherperson.6.Upon
