4、imefurnishtheAgentwithastatementoftheminimumpricesatwhichthegoodsarerespectivelytobesoldandtheAgentshallnotsellbelowsuchminimumpricebutshallendeavourineachcasetoobtainthebestpriceobtainable.4.TheAgentshallnotsellanyofthegoodstoanyperson,company,orfirmresidingoutsidethearea,norshallheknowinglysell

5、anyofthegoodstoanyperson,company,orfirmresidingwithintheareawithaviewtotheirexportationtoanyothercountryofareawithoutconsentinwritingofthePrincipal.5.TheAgentshallnotduringthecontinuanceoftheAgencyconstitutedsellgoodsofasimilarclassorsuchaswouldormightcompeteorinterferewiththesaleofthePrincipal’s

6、goodseitheronhisownaccountoronbehalfofanyotherperson.6.UponreceiptbytheAgentofanyorderforthegoodstheagentwillimmediatelytransmitsuchordertoPrincipalwho(ifsuchorderisacceptedbythePrincipal)willexecutethesamebysupplyingthegoodsdirecttothecustomer.7.UpontheexecutionofanysuchorderthePrincipalshallfor

7、wardtotheAgentaduplicatecopyoftheinvoicesentwiththegoodstothecustomerandinlikemannershallfromtimetotimeinformtheAgentwhenpaymentismadebythecustomertothePrincipal.8.TheAgentshalldulykeepanaccountofallordersobtainedbyhim
