6、ownopenednewperspectivesfortheirapplications.Herewetomid-IRcutoffwavelengthsof∼10μm11whileshowinghighreportanall-inorganicsurfacefunctionalizationofhighlyrefractiveindex(n=2.4atλ=4.8μm)12andgoodnonlinearluminescentIR-emittingPbS−CdSNCsandstudiesofoptic
