3、,factoryworkersandsoon. Therearenumerousreasonsaccountingforthisphenomenon. Aboveall,comparedwithmalegraduates,femalegraduatesareconcernedtohaveinevitablephysicalweaknesses. Inaddition,womenhavetogivebirthtobabiesonedaytheygetmarried,consequentlytheyneedamaterni

4、tyleaveforseveralmonthswhichcertainlymakeslessprofitforthecompany.AsfarasIamconcerned,womencandoasgoodasmenevenbetterthanmen,thereforewomenshouldn'tbetreatedunequally. Thegovernmentcantakemeasurestoimprovethissituation,inthemeanwhile,thesocietyandcompaniesshould
