6、mm×19mm,材料选择尼龙块。按要求完成零件节点、基点计算,设定工件坐标系,制定正确的工艺方案(包括定位、夹紧方案和工艺路线),选择合理的刀具和切削工艺参数,编写数控加工程序,按尺寸精度和表面粗糙度值要求加工出零件。一方面在正确分析零件工艺性的基础上,参考了一些相关资料,以CAXA绘图软件完成零件造型,数控铣床加工工艺的设计和数控加工中心的操作方式及过程,此过程包括零件的实体造型、数控加工工艺设计的基本内容、材料的选择、节点基点的计算、工件坐标系的选择、刀具的选择、参数的选择等因素。同时,还要根据要求制定正确的工艺方案(包括定位、夹紧方案和
