2、liciesandprocedures.OvertheyearsPIChaspublishedsampleemployeehandbooklanguagecoveringbasicemploymentpolicies.Membershaveusedthislanguageasaguideincreatingwrittenpoliciesandprocedurescoveringthecompany’semploymentpracticesandphilosophies.Thispublication,likeothersbeforeit,doesnotclaimtobeal
3、l-inclusiveorafinalproduct.NewStateandFederallawsandlegaldecisionswillrequirethissampletobeupdated,alongwiththecompany'semployeehandbook,toreflectthesechanges.Further,eachcompanymustdevelopanemployeehandbook,whichreflectstheemploymentpracticesuniquetothecompany'soperationandphilosophies.Co
4、nsequently,apublicationsuchasthissamplemustbeflexibleandopenendedtoaccommodatethesedifferencesinemploymentpracticesandphilosophies.Ininitiatingorrevisingyourcompanypersonnelpoliciesoremployeehandbook,donothesitatetocallDougMoore,VicePresidentofHumanResources,forassistance.Althoughanefforth
