2、泳银染图谱Pattern非常相似,对照胶和处理胶平均匹配率分剐为43.8和42.3,对照胶有蛋白点l139±102个,处理胶有蛋白点1183±lO6个,这些蛋白多数集中于等电点5.0~9.0之间,分子量2o~7Oku的区域。通过PD-QUEST软件搜索和数据的统计分析,发现地肤子提取物触杀山楂叶螨会引起蛋白显著性变化(P<0.05)。有262±23个蛋白点在表达量上有显著变化,其中142士13个点是2倍上调的点,另外120±11个点是下调的点,介于两者之间的点有237±21个。同时处理胶增加322±
