2、p1a，DDP)对人肝癌SMMC一7721细胞增殖抑制作用及其机制。方法采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法检测细胞抑制率，流式细胞仪(FCM)检测细胞周期分布，半定量RT—PCR法检测c-mycmRNA表达，二步法免疫组化检测c—Myc、P27和CyclinD1蛋白表达。结果MI、DDP单独应用均对人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞有抑制作用(P<0．o1或P<0．05)，联合用药具有协同效应。与单药组相比，联合用药组的细胞抑制率显著上升(P
