2、院组织学与胚胎学教研室,吉林长春130021)[摘要]目的:观察日本刺沙蚕纤溶酶(NJF)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的神经保护作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:6O只Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、NJF组(0.25、0.50和1.00mg·kg)和尿激酶组(UK,15000U·kg),每组1O只。采用线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)模型。术后24h,对大鼠进行神经功能损害评分,TTC染色计算脑梗死范围,湿重干重法测量脑含水量,化学比色法检测大鼠海马组织中丙二醛(MDA)水平及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:与模型
