1、PCT对于小儿急性胰腺炎治疗的指导意义探究卫红伟（河南省洛阳市宜阳人民医院检验科，471600）[【摘要】摘要]目的探讨血清降钙素原（PCT）在小儿胰腺炎疾病过程中的变化的临床意义。方法2011年—~2013年我院收治的急性胰腺炎患儿56例，按《中国急性胰腺炎诊治指南(（草案）草案)》分为轻中度组和重度组；另选择同期来我院门诊健康体检儿童56例为正常对照组，分别检测PCT水平，比较各组间有无差异。结果(（1)）在起病的初期(（24h内)）两组患者的CRP升高不明显，入院48h以及72h后CRP开始明显升高，入院后24hPCT较入院前显著降低，入院后48h以及72小时均

2、较前显著下降h均较前显著下降P<0.05)），且SAP组升高及降低的幅度更加明显(（P<0.05)）。入院时、入院后24h、48h、72h，MAP、SAP两组患者Amy检测结果无显著性差异(（P>0.05)）。；(（2)）住院不同时间的AP患儿血清PCT改变，入院初有68%的患儿有血清PCT改变；在入院24小时有h75%的患儿有有血清PCT改变；在入院48小时后有h后有30%的患儿有血清PCT改变。结论PCT检测对小儿AP病情敏感，对其治疗疗效判断有意义。[【关键词】关键词]小儿急性胰腺炎；降钙素原；血清Theguidingsignificanceofusingser
