1、·150·中国疼痛医学杂志ChineseJournalofPainMedicine2014,20(3doi:10.3969~.issn.1006-9852.2014.03.006神经病理性疼痛脊髓背角GLT-1及GLAST表达的变化罗裕辉张德仁(广东医学院附属南山医院,深圳518052)摘要目的:观察神经病理性疼痛大鼠脊髓背角GLT-1及GLAST表达变化对疼痛的影响。方法:选取雄性SD大鼠80只随机分为4组,A组=10)为k背根切断假手术组,B组(7z=30)为k背根切断组,c组(7z=10)为坐骨神经周围植管与药
2、物溶剂组,D组=30)为坐骨神经周围植管与给药组。通过机械刺激的行为学观察确立病理性神经痛形成过程,采用免疫组化进行细胞定量。结果:A及C组胶质细胞GLT-1及GLAST表达无变化。B、D组痛敏形成后脊髓背角胶质细胞GLT-1及GLAST的胞内外表达未发生改变;B及D组小胶质细胞GLAST术后4d表达增加至7d后逐渐下降,而星型胶质细胞GLT-1术后6d表达明显增加,直至14d仍持续增高。结论:脊髓背角胶质细胞GLT-1及GLAST不存在胞吞现象,小胶质细胞参与启动病理性神经痛但不维持其发展,星型胶质细胞主要维持病理
