1、中国患季c丕报2014,30(16):85—90ChineseAgriculturalScienceBulletin营养调节剂和纳米硅降低烟叶重金属铅镉含量及提高其含钾量的研究陈春彦,蒋代华,雷静,韦建玉,白厚义,陈佩琼(’广西大学农学院,南宁530005;广西烟草公司,南宁530000)摘要:为了探讨营养调节剂ftcR)和纳米硅一si)对降低烤烟重金属铅(Pb)、镉(cd)和提高钾含量的作用,在2009-2010年对烤烟施用NR提高烟叶钾含量研究取得成果的基础上,采用大田试验研究了NR和N.Si配合施用对烤烟重金属Pb、Cd及钾含量的影响。结果表明:(1)NR与N.s
2、i配施能显著降低土壤DTPA提取的可吸态Pb、Cd含量,有效减少烤烟对土壤中Pb、Cd的吸收,从而降低烟叶中Pb、Cd的含量;烟叶中Pb、Cd含量均以施NR46.02kg/hm2、N.Si45.00kg/hm2的处理5含量最低;与不施NR、N—Si的处理l相比。上中下部烟叶Pb含量分别减少了53.4%、30.2%、39.4%;Cd含量分别减少了46.8%、49.7%、54.6%。(2)NR与N.Si配施能显著提高烤烟烟叶钾含量,其中以处理5效果最优,较处理1上中下部叶分别增加了61.4%、42.1%、56.6%,上、中部叶均达到优质烟叶(3%)的合钾量标准。关键词:烤烟
