2、:腹腔注射顺铂8mWkg以复制小鼠肾损害模型。实验分为对照(5%羧甲基纤维素钠)、模型(5%羧甲基纤维素钠)与灯盏花素高、低剂量(50、25mg&g)组。灌胃给药,每天1次,连续7d。给药结束后HE染色观察大鼠肾组织改变,进行肾脏指数、尿蛋白(Upr)/尿肌酐(Ucr)比值、Ⅳ-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG.U)等肾功能指标测定;免疫组化法检测肾组织TGF.B。、Co1.IV的表达。结果:病理切片显示高、低剂量灯盏花素可显著改善顺铂致肾损害小鼠的肾组织结构。与模型组比较,灯盏花素高、低剂量组小鼠肾脏指数、Upr/Ucr
