2、圩镇同一柑橘园的样品,经PCR检测分为健康贡柑和感黄龙病贡柑两类并各自随机混匀,进行果实常规品质、着色状况及人为感官评价分析。【结果】与健康贡柑相比,感病贡柑的单果重、果皮厚度、可食部分、可溶性固形物、维生素c含量、固酸比显著减小(P<0.05,下同),而果形指数、可滴定酸、果实硬度显著增大;贡柑感病后,果皮亮度、着色强度显著降低,果皮色调角、果肉色调角及果肉亮度均显著增加;感官评价结果,病果的甜味度、酸味度、柑橘风味明显下降,异味度显著增加。【结论】黄龙病对贡柑果实品质的多个方面存在显著影响,主要表现为果实外观及内在品质发生显著变化,果实变小、风味变劣,食用价值下降。关键词:贡柑;黄龙病;
