2、8．4cm；6例呈圆形或类圆形，3例形态不规则；均具有完整包膜，肿瘤边界清晰；CT平扫混杂密度8例、囊性密度1例；增强后呈不均匀强化6例、无明显强化3例。3例行多期增强扫描，典型表现为动脉期病变边缘不规则明显强化，门脉期及延迟期均表现为向心性填充。结论肾上腺血管瘤为罕见良性肿瘤，腹部cT表现多样，术前误诊率高。多期增强cT扫描具有一定特征性，有助于术前正确诊断。关键词：。肾上腺；血管瘤；计算机体层摄影中图分类号：R445．3文献标志码：A文章编号：1000—503X(2014)04—0347-04DOI：
