3、90)Abstract:PinuskoraiensisseedlingswereusedasexperimentalmaterialtostudytheefectsofrareearthelementsLaandEHOnthegrowth,polyphenolscontentsandPAL,C4HactivitiesofP.koraiensisseedlings.TheresultsshowedthatrareearthelementsLaandEucouldsignificantlypromotethegrowthandincreasethe
4、polyphenolscontentsofP.koraiensisseedlings.TheoptimumconcentrationsofLaandEu”were400Ixmol·L~and100mol·Lrespectively.Withthe,concentrations,thepolyphenolscontentsandwere1.55and1.39timeshigher,andtheproanth0cyanidinscontentswere1.58and1.40timeshigherthanthecontrolgroup,respect
5、ively.ThePALandC4Hactivitiessignificantlyincreasedandpeakedintwodaysaftertheinductionwith100txmol·L一La”and400ixmol·LEu“.Thereweresignificant.correlationsbetweentheenzymesactivitiesandthesynthesisofpolyphenols.The100Ixmol·L一Lashowedmoresignificantlypromotingefectsthanthe400p,
