1、@中日采禽2013年第35卷第12期ChinaPoultryVo1.35。No.12.2013◎饲料营养◎康贝尔麻鸭蛋氨酸需要量研究米邬爱姬,杨琳一(华南农业大学动物科学学院,广东广州510642)摘要:研究日粮蛋氨酸添加水平对康贝尔麻鸭生产性能、血液生化指标、屠宰性能等的影响,探讨康贝尔麻鸭的蛋氨酸需要量。选用1日龄健康的康贝尔麻鸭1260只,根据体重随机分成6组,每组6个重复,每个重复35只鸭。分别确定康贝尔麻鸭3个生长期(0~3周龄、4-6周龄和7~9周龄)的蛋氨酸最适营养需要量。日粮蛋氨酸水平0~3周龄:0.28%、0.33%
2、、0.38%、0.43%、0.48%、0.53%,4~6周龄:0.30%、0.35%、0.40%、0.45%、0.50%、0.55%,7~9周龄:0.25%、0.30%、0.35%、0.40%、0.45%、0.50%。在本试验条件下,3周龄:日粮蛋氨酸在0.43%水平时,生长性能综合考虑比较好且血清生化指标也较好;4~6周龄:日粮蛋氨酸水平0.40%生长性能较好;7-9周龄:日粮蛋氨酸水平0.35%生长性能和血清生化指标表现最好;屠体重、半净膛率和全净膛率均O.45%蛋氨酸最好;腿肌率0.40%蛋氨酸最好;康贝尔麻鸭0~3、4~6、7
