2、investigationsonstructure—propertycorrelationsinfluorenonefFLO1andbenzothiadiazole(BT)substitutedoligofluorenesfOFLs1derivedmainlyfromthechainmorphology,thermalvibrationandconjugatedextent.Boththeverticalabsorptionsandthevibrationally—resolvedabsorptionandfluorescencesp

3、ectrahavebeencalculatedbythecom—binationofabnitioandtime—dependentdensityfunctionaltheory.ByproperlytakingintoaccountoftheanharmonictorsionpotentialsintheOFLs,wehavereasonablyreproducedtheexperimentallyobservedspectroscopicfeatures.BothFLOandBTon—chainchemicaldefectsact

4、ingascharge—trappingsitesforsingletexcitations.areresponsibleforlongwaveabsorptionandemissionspecies,andthusalterthebluelight—emittingpropertiesofOFLs.Astemperaturedecreases.theelectronicspectra1lineshapesofFLO—substitutedoligomersbecomemorestructured.ThelineshapesofBT—
