1、-——1084‘_——ChinJLabDiagn,July,2014,Vol18,No.7文章编号:1OO7—4287(2014)07—1084—03常规细针穿刺联合免疫细胞化学在甲状腺乳头状病变诊断中的应用吴丽华(南通大学附属医院病理科,江苏南通226001)摘要:目的探讨术前运用细针穿刺甲状腺结节行细胞学检查,结合免疫细胞化学分析,进一步提高对甲状腺乳头状病变术前诊断的准确率。方法回顾分析本院2008年2月至2009年4月收治的术前细针穿刺甲状腺乳头状病变62例。作常规细胞学涂片及液基薄层细胞学
2、涂片,同时结合免疫细胞化学检查进行Galectin-3,细胞角蛋白19和HMBE-1等标记的测定和分析,与手术后组织病理结果作比较。结果对照术后组织病理,32例为癌性乳头,3O例为良性乳头,细胞学诊断准确率为83.9(良性乳头中有6例、恶性乳头中有4例细胞形态难以确定其病变性质)。Galeetiw3、CK19及HMBE等标记在癌性乳头中的表达率分别为87.5(28/32)、93.75(30/32)及87.5(28/32);而3O例良性乳头的表达率则分别为30.0(9/30)、33.3(10/30)及
