5、ildtype6028,thechlorophyllcontentinmutantwas34.78,3.00lowerinheadingandmilkripestages,respectively,buthigherinfullripeningstage.Netphotosyntheticratewasa[solowerinheadingstage,butdeclinedmoreslowlywithaging,especiallyattheIaterperiodofaging.Ca一ATPase/Mg+一ATPaseenzymeac
6、tivitiesandphotophosphory1ati0nactivityalsoshowasametrend.Only68kDapeptidecomponentinthethylakoidmembranewaschangedsignificantlywithaging,thechangeinthepeptidecomponentcontentmightinvolvedinthephotosynthesischanges.Theobservationresultswiththeelectronultramicroscopesho
