2、矮64S剑叶叶绿素含量均随灌浆进程逐渐下降,剑叶中的谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、蔗糖磷酸合成酶(sPs)和蔗糖合成酶(ss)等酶活性及可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、蔗糖含量均随灌浆进程先升后降,呈单峰曲线变化,但两者达到峰值的时间及在同一时期的酶活性大小、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量及蔗糖含量存在差异。就整个灌浆结实期而言,长选3S剑叶中GPT、GOT、SS及SIS等酶平均活性比培矮64S的分别高20.88%、16.32%、3.96%、3.1%,可溶性蛋白质、蔗糖、叶绿素及可溶性糖等平均含量比培矮64S的分别高13.24%、2.60%、0.
