1、中国康复·2013年1O月·第28卷第5期327电针结合磁刺激对脊髓损伤大鼠逼尿肌兴奋性及一SMA的影响程宇核,王俊华,李海峰,朱小虎,谢谨,邹旭丹,万超【摘要】目的:探讨电针及磁刺激治疗脊髓损伤(SCI)模型大鼠,对其逼尿肌兴奋性及a一平滑肌肌动蛋白(a—SMA)的影响,从而探讨其作用机制。方法:SD大鼠5O只,随机分为正常组、模型组、电针组、磁刺激组和联合组,分别采用对应的治疗;采用重物坠落打击方法制备SCI模型;治疗后,测定各组大鼠离体逼尿肌肌条的最小收缩张力及收缩频率,采用免疫组化法观察大鼠逼尿肌中“一sMA
