2、压、血氧饱和度变化，以及术中不良反应以及完成手术所用的时间；同时评估手术者对术中内镜视野及操作的满意度。【结果】无痛胃镜组患者术中与术后的心率、血压、血氧饱和度分别与术前比较无统计学差异；同时分别与常规胃镜治疗组比较，术中心率、血压、血氧饱和度与术前比较也无统计学差异。无痛内镜组的术中不良反应(5．9％)显著低于常规内镜组(26．1％，P<0．01)。内镜操作时视野评估显示无痛胃镜组的满意度明显高于常规胃镜组(P
