1、MedJChinPLA,Vo1.38,No.4,April1,2013283论著衣霉素对顺铂诱导人官颈癌细胞凋亡的影响徐冶,李质馨,曹慧玲,于洋,刘师兵,王晓军[摘要]目的探讨内质网应激在顺铂诱导人宫颈癌HeLa~胞凋亡中的作用。方法取人宫颈癌HeLa细胞作为研究对象,实验分为衣霉素(Smg/L)组、顺铂(6mg/L)组、衣霉素(5mg/L)与Jt~fl(6mg/L)联合给药组、阴性对照组,处理12h后采用MTT法观察细胞生长情况,Hoechst荧光染色检测细胞核形态的变化,免疫印迹法检测凋亡蛋白Caspase一
