1、住院慢性心力衰竭患者房颤状况的调查研究［摘要］目的？｛查住院慢性心衰患者房颤状况。方法随机选取2012年12月一2014年6月在该院接受治疗的的100例慢性心衰患者进行问卷调查，依据左室射血分数将患者分为HFPEF组(左室射血分数＞45%)与HFDEF组(左室射血分数W45%),每组50例。对两组患者的年龄、性别、一般病理资料进行比较，观察两组患者的房颤发生率。结果慢性心衰患者的房颤发生率为36.00%,其中，射血分数保留心力衰竭组的房颤发生率为46.67%,显著高于射血分数降低心力衰竭组的26.67%(PvO.05)；HFPEF组房颤患者平
2、均年龄为(71.43±12.13)岁，女性占比57.14%,三尖瓣反流患者比例为80.00%,非房颤患者年龄为(66.46±13.50)岁，女性占比45.00%,三尖瓣反流比例为60.00%,差异有统计学意义(Pv0.05)；HFDEF房颤患者平均年龄为(64.22±12.33)岁，女性占比22.50%,非房颤患者为(57.46±14.40)岁,女性占比22.73%,差异有统计学意义(PV0.05)；高龄、女性、三尖瓣反流等因素均是HFPEF组发生房颤的独立危险因素(PV0.05)。结论住院慢性心衰患者存在较高的房颤发生率。［关键词］慢性心衰
