1、自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)治疗轻中度痔疮疗效观察【摘要】目的研究痔疮自动套扎术(RPH)治疗轻中度痔疮的疗效。方法将278例轻中度(I〜IH)痔患者按治疗方式不同分为两组：RPH组行RPH治疗153例，对照组行微波治疗125例。其中RPH组中以出血及单点脱垂(脱出痔核W2个)症状为主的病人只行1次套扎术，环形脱垂患者(脱出痔核＞2个)相隔4周后行第2次套扎术；微波组环形脱垂患者行分期分部位2次治疗，时•间相隔4周，每次治疗痔核不超过4个。结果RPH组治愈146例(95.4%),微波组治愈108例(86.

2、4%)。术后随访半年，RPH组术后回缩不全4例(2.6%),3例复发(1.9%),微波组12例回缩不全(9.6%),5例复发(4.0%)。术后调查RPH组150例对手术效果表示满意(98.0%),微波组114例表示满意(91.2%)。RPH组患者术后无肛管疤痕形成、肛门狭窄、出血等并发症。结论RPH作为治疗轻中度痔的一种方法，不但具有极佳的疗效，而且操作简单，费用低，不用住院及麻醉，患者痛苦轻微,几无并发症，可重复操作，值得广泛推广。【关键词】出血痔；脱垂痔；自动痔疮套扎术[Abstract]Obje
